Petition must have 15 “Qualified Members” signatures to be valid.

Must be completed and returned by 4:00 p.m. February 17, 2012 to the Mt. Wheeler Power business office in Ely, Nevada.

Please have a photograph of petitioner and a biography containing information about yourself, along with an election platform outline if you wish. These items will be distributed in the election media.

All prospective candidates (with the exception of current or past Directors) will be required to attend a Directors workshop on February 27, 2012 at the Cooperative’s Business office in Ely, Nevada @ 3:00 p.m. (Time is tentative). Candidates will be notified of exact time.

If elected, meetings are held regularly on the second Tuesday of each month with exceptions in the months of April & November two meetings are held.

Compensation of $170.00 per day of meetings, $500.00 “Director’s Monthly Fee.”
